Meet Shadae Roy, Loc Specialist and owner of Golden Key Locs🔒🔗. ✨POLICY INFORMATION ✨ Please read all information below: FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS : Currently NOT taking any new clients at the moment❗️ ✨GOLDEN KEY PAYMENT METHODS✨ 🌹A non-refundable; non transferable deposit of $27 is required upon booking an appointment, the remainder of your payment must be paid with CASH OR ZELLE! 🌹CASH IS PREFERRED. 🌹Using Zelle requires a $5 service fee. 🌹Check the “add ons” that pop up when booking, this is to ensure you’ve added everything you need for your service. ✨GOLDEN KEY GUIDELINES✨ 🌹Please arrive ON TIME! There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, an additional $10 late fee will be applied to your service total. After 20 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that everyone’s appointment stays on schedule (notify me 30min-1 hr before if there is a delay). 🌹Color/Sisterlocks/Mircolocks/Loc Extensions are UNAVAILABLE. 🌹Extra guests are NOT permitted in the salon during your appointment (no kids, this is the time for you to relax). 🌹Please be sure that the contact information that you enter is accurate to receive all texts/calls/email confirmations/ updates. 🌹When booking your service, please thoroughly read the description & what’s included in your service. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask for clarification. 🌹I DO NOT DO SHORT HAIR (hair length must come to your eyes) 🌹IF YOU FEEL OR ARE SICK , PLEASE STAY HOME!!! (Reschedule) 🌹Squeeze In Appointments (before 9 am or after 7 pm) will have a fee of $50 applied. Call or text for this option to make an appointment. Off day squeeze in fee is $100. 🌹Please reach out if you need an appointment (people do reschedule and cancel). 🌹 When you arrive in your vehicles, please call or text me & I will let you in the building. Cancellation Policy

🌹I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any non shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Insufficient funds or card removal will be banned.
